Alexe is the founder and Creative Director of House of Serpents and Universal Movement Universe, where she designs immersive worlds exploring creativity, leadership, embodiment and transformation.

With more than 25 years of experience in performance, embodiment, creative direction and large-scale productions, Alexe is recognised as a pioneer in the pole and sensual movement industry, a former stage and circus troupe manager, and co-founder and former CEO of the London Dance Academy, which she led for over fifteen years.

Today, Alexe brings together ancient wisdom, embodied practice, and immersive storytelling to create experiences that inspire creativity, leadership and transformation. As the creator of the Universal Movement Method™, Lunara and The Temple Gardens, she weaves together body astrology, Yoga Nidra, sensual movement, cyclical living and mythology to guide people through the timeless journey of shedding, remembering and becoming.

From demystifying risk assessments in “What is a Risk Assessment for Performance Really—and Why Are They Useful?”to tackling fire safety in “Fire and Costume: How to Prevent Being Accidentally on Fire,” her sessions are designed to support performers, event organisers, and venues alike.

Bliss also offers specialized admin support for multi-skilled and troupe-based acts, including “How to Write the Ultimate Time-Saving Risk Assessment.”

Valentina Candiani is Creative Director of House of Serpents Productions, where she transforms imagination into immersive worlds through performance, design and creative production.

With an international background in dance, circus arts and physical theatre, Valentina trained with the prestigious Moscow State Circus as an aerialist, contortionist, acrobatic dancer and hand balancer. Her career has taken her across the world, performing with acclaimed acrobatic companies and physical theatre productions while developing a distinctive creative style that blends theatrical storytelling with exceptional craftsmanship.

As the founder of Aerialand, one of London's leading aerial and performing arts academies, Valentina has spent years nurturing emerging talent while producing cabaret productions, musicals, luxury celebrations and immersive themed experiences. Her work as a Creative Director spans performance, costume and set design, artist styling and large-scale productions across theatre, film and television.

Driven by a passion for artistry and innovation, Valentina has an extraordinary ability to recognise creative potential, cultivate exceptional talent and transform ambitious ideas into unforgettable experiences.
